Product Description

Construction’s Emerging Executives need to have a wider and deeper understanding of the organization as they progress to higher levels of management. Most of their experience comes from the project site, but great project and company results are facilitated and led by a strong and well-organized home office. As all contractors know, the challenge is to transform thinking to an “owner-operator” mindset if a person is to successfully manage a construction firm.

Stevens Construction Institute works exclusively with Construction Contractors. We are a Management Research, Advice and Research (MRAE) firm which was founded in 2002. Our books include The Construction MBA (512 pages) and Managing a Construction Firm on Just 24 Hours a Day (416 pages) published by McGraw-Hill, New York. Additionally, we write a monthly issues oriented newsletter, The Construction Contractor’s Digest (200 editions and 24,500+ active subscribers to date) and 11 mobile device applications.

Matt Stevens PhD and Jennifer Day PhD of Stevens Construction Institute, Inc. will lead and facilitate the Boot Camp. Our first one was in 2006 and we have delivered more than a dozen since. In this boot camp, we have added to this body of work.
